Senior Romance

The German language is a major language, spoken not only in Germany but in many parts of Europe and around the world. In the case of Cloud 9, this adult German movie means it is a movie about some real adults. The fact is that our two lovers are  past 60 years old, Inge is 67 and her lover Karl is 76!

Cloud 9 is an adult  German movie about a love affair between the two characters Inge and Karl. Inge had been been living a comfortable life with Werner for thirty years until she meets Karl. They begin a sort of “love at first sight” affair in this beautifully done film. The fact that we have a woman running around cheating on her partner is nothing new. The amazing twist to the movie is that the lovers could be your grandmother or grandfather! There are scenes with senior sex that are really beautifully filmed in spite of what you may think of older bodies.

The take away for this adult German movie is the fact that people are living longer and getting older does not mean that love and romance has to fade as the years go by. If you are young that should give you something to look forward to. If you are a senior, this should give you the incentive to look around you and get a new lease on life.

Unquestionably the German language definitely remains a significant language spoken not only in Germany but in many parts of Europe and in other countries as well. Cloud 9 actress Ursula Werner who played Inge won Best Actress in the German Film Awards in 2009 and the Film also got the  Best Director Award that year. This film is an German speaking movie with English subtitles in case you get lost.
